After assisting the West Union Residential Facility with a probation check on Monday, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant in Waucoma that turned up several drugs and drug-related items. During a search of the residence authorities found controlled substances, paraphernalia, scale, baggies, and pills. 35 year old Nicholas Charles Olliney of Waucoma was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 19 year old Devlin Ray Corter of Waucoma was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of a prescription Drug, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 65 year old Charles Wayne Olliney of Waucoma was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver and Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st offense. Approximately 75 grams of marijuana was seized during the execution of the search warrant.
