The Allamakee County Dairy Promoters held their annual banquet Saturday night at the Allamakee Fairgrounds in Waukon. The 2023 Allamakee County Dairy Princess is Elizabeth Fossum, the Daughter ofKevin and Julie Fossum of Waterville. The 2023 Alternate Princesses – Cassidy Gibbs and Claire Opperman. Production and other recognition awards were given out at the banquet.
