Traffic Stop Leads to Multiple Drug-Related Charges

Gays Mills, Wis – Crawford County Sheriff Dale McCullick reports that on Friday, May 2nd, 2025, law enforcement personnel conducted a traffic stop on Main Street in the Village of Gays Mills. The driver was identified as Amber Biamonte (34) of La Farge, Wisconsin. During the traffic stop, K9 Diego was utilized and alerted to the presence of one or more controlled substances in the vehicle. A vehicle search ensued, and methamphetamine and methamphetamine paraphernalia were discovered. Biamonte has been charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver license, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
