On Wednesday, June 11th, 2025, at approximately 4:15 p.m., Sheriff Dale McCullick reports that the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motorcycle crash on WI-STH 35 at Leitner Hollow Road in the Township of Seneca. The operator of the motorcycle was identified as Donald Lathrop (67) of Ferryville, Wisconsin. Lathrop lost control and crashed on the highway. He wasn’t wearing a helmet and sustained life threatening injuries. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Gundersen Air, Gundersen Ambulance, Seneca First Responders, Seneca Fire Department, and Bob’s Towing Service. This crash remains under investigation.
