On 11-24-25, at approximately 10:00pm Mar-Mac Police department arrested James Michael Eberhart Sr., 52 of McGregor IA, on a Fayette County Warrant for Exploitation of a Minor, a Class C Felony, Grooming, a Class D Felony, and Dissemination of Obscene Material to a Minor 1st Offense, an aggravated misdemeanor. Eberhart was taken into custody and transported to Fayette County Jail, where he was held on $25,000 cash/surety bond.
