County Building Closed – Here’s How to Reach Us
The Crawford County Administration Building in Prairie du Chien is closed to the public until further notice due to significant water damage sustained on Thursday, June 19, 2025.
A malfunction in the building’s fire suppression system caused a sprinkler head to activate, resulting in water damage, and impacting critical electrical systems.
As a result, county departments located within the building are temporarily utilizing alternate phone lines. Until phone service is restored, please use the following numbers and email contacts during regular business hours:
