The Prairie du Chien Common Council met Tuesday night and approved submitting a grant application to the Upper Mississippi Gaming Corporation to support the waterfront improvements on Saint Feriole Island. The council also heard a report from Prairie du Chien Main Street Director Tammie Katzung about the City’s 150th Anniversary celebration coming up next Thursday. City Manager Chad Abram also updated the council on the building and construction projects happening around town.
