An northeast Iowa woman has won a $10,000 lottery prize.
Susan Easton of Waukon claimed the 12th prize of $10,000 in the Iowa Lottery’s “$250,000 Extreme Cash” scratch game. She purchased her winning ticket at Fareway in Waukon, and claimed her prize Friday at the lottery’s Mason City regional office.
