Three Families were displaced as the result of a fire Tuesday in Prairie du Chien. Prairie du Chien Fire Chief Tad Beutin told us that the fire happened at a residence on North Michigan Street when a deep fryer over-boiled. He says the estimated damage to the apartment is 70 thousand dollars. Emergency Management is helping the families with shelter at local hotel rooms.
