PDC/Fennimore Competes at River Valley

This past weekend the PDC/Fennimore Gymnastics team traveled to River Valley for a 6-team JV/ Varsity Invitational. The PDC/F team came in 4th with a team score of 122.95. The team had several falls on the Balance Beam and Uneven Bars. Baraboo came in first with a score of 132.425, Platteville Co-op in 2nd place with a score of 131.625, Dodgeville Co-op in 3rd with a score of 130.45, Reedsburg in 5th with a score of 122.02, and River Valley in 6th with a score of 105.2.

There were several stand-out performances this past weekend. Jasmine Olmstead placed 4th in JV All-Around with a score of 22.25. On Varsity Vault, Madilyn Fisher placed 3rd with a score of 8.7. Fisher fell on her landing on her first Vault, injuring her ankle causing her not to perform her second Vault. On the Uneven Bars, Fisher placed 6th with a score of 8.1. On the Balance Beam, Fisher came in 1st with a season-best score of 9.025. On the Floor Exercise, Fisher came in 2nd with a score of 9.1 and Alyssa Schoepp tied for 4th with a score of 8.95. In All-Around, Fisher came in 3rd with a score of 34.925, Taia Dressler came in 12th with a score of 131.425.

The PDC/Fennimore team will travel to Dodgeville next Monday for their final Conference dual.
