An Oelwein, Iowa woman has been arrested on Prostitution Charges. 29 year old Nicole Burgos was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail on an arrest warrant for two counts of Aggravated Misdemeanor Prostitution. The arrest is in connection to an investigation that occurred on January 24 in Fort Atkinson which resulted in felony Pimping charges for 52 year old Trent Fitzpatrick also of Oelwein The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office says the investigation continues with additional arrests and charges forthcoming.
