A Potosi man was taken to the hospital after the UTV he was driving crashed into a semi. The accident happened Thursday on Highway 61 in Rockville. The Grant County Sheriff’s Office says 92 year old Wilbert Post was operating his John Deere Gator on Hwy 61 just north of Old County B and made an abrupt left turn in front of a semi to turn into a driveway and the semi, driven by 26 year old Joseph Midyett, of Dysart, Iowa struck the passenger front side of the Gator. Post was thrown from the Gator and was transported by Potosi EMS and later Med-flighted to UW Madison.
