On October 1, 2023, around 5pm the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence on Jefferson Street in Decorah, Iowa. As a result of this search warrant, two subjects were located, arrested, and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
- Justin Bradley age 38 of Decorah, Iowa was charged with: D Felony Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd or subsequent (methamphetamine), D Felony Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd or subsequent (psilocybin mushrooms) and D Felony Controlled Substance Violation (Marijuana) and D Felony Failure to Affix Drug Stamp.
- Jeffrey Thorson age 38 of Decorah, Iowa was charged with: D Felony Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd or subsequent (psilocybin mushrooms) and Aggravated Misdemeanor Possession of Controlled Substance (Marijuana).
The Decorah Police Department assisted the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office with this investigation. This case remains under investigation with additional arrests and charges pending.
