On 5-17-24, at approximately 11:00PM, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office and Iowa State Patrol executed a narcotic warrant at 909 Oak St. Clermont IA. During the warrant execution large amount of methamphetamine and marijuana, along with US Currency, pills, and paraphernalia were found and seized. The following subject were arrested, charged, and are currently in Fayette County Jail.
Shane Allen Howard, 40 of Wadena IA, was arrested and charged with: Possession With Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, a class B felony, Possession with Intent to Deliver other Schedule I,II,.III Substance, a Class C Felony, 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Offense, Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp, all Class D felonies, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. If convicted, Howard could serve up to 50 years in prison.
Michael Scott McAllen, 36 of West Union IA, was arrested and charged with: Possession With Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, a class B felony, Possession with Intent to Deliver other Schedule I,II,.III Substance, a Class C Felony, 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Offense, Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp, all Class D felonies, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. If convicted, McAllen could serve up to 50 years in prison.
Brianna Jo Green, 34 of Clermont, was arrested and charged with: 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Offense, Class D felonies, 4 counts of Unlawful Possession of a Prescription Drug, serious misdemeanors, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. Green also had an arrest warrant for Child Endangerment Causing Death, a Class B felony and is additionally being held on $50,000 cash only bond. If convicted Green could face up to 35 years in Prison.
During the warrant execution approximately a 1/2 of pound of methamphetamine and numerous grams of marijuana were found and seized. Street value of the illegal substances is estimated at $15,000. Sheriff Marty Fisher would like to ensure the public that the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office will continue to fight the war on drugs to ensure the safety of the community and its people.
