The Prairie du Chien Police Department has released the name of the victim of an industrial accident that happened at 3M in Prairie du Chien On Tuesday. The victim has been identified as 57 year old Trisha Jones of Harpers Ferry. Rescue personnel were called to the 3M Company Plant #50 on North Marquette Road early Tuesday morning. The Prairie du Chien Fire Department was also called to utilize their extrication equipment. Jones died at the scene. The incident is under investigation by OSHA.
