Two men have been arrested in connection with a burglary that took place on August 31 at the Stone Ridge Community Church in Decorah.
On October 4, the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office and the Decorah Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence on West Water Street in Decorah. During the search, stolen items from Stone Ridge Church were located.
18 year old Caleb Peel, and 19 year old Teagen Raatz were arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail, Peel and Raatz each face additional charges of Felony Burglary-3rd degree, and Felony Theft-2nd degree for the Stone Ridge Church burglary.
