The Canadian Pacific (CP) Holiday Train will return to the rails this season on its first cross-continent tour in three years, following virtual concerts in the pandemic years of 2020 and 2021. The train will again raise money, food and awareness for local food banks in communities along the CP network. The train will be making it’s way to our area on Tuesday, December 6th with a stop in Dubuque. On Wednesday December 7th the train is expected to pull into Guttenberg at 12:45pm. It will then make its way to Marquette for a 2:45pm stop. The train will continue north to Lansing for a stop at about 4:50pm. The last Iowa stop on December 7th is New Albin 6:15pm before the train heads into Minnesota. The train will make its way back into Wisconsin before stopping in Toma, Sparta, and La Crosse on Saturday, December 10th . It will return to Minnesota on Sunday the 11th, and continue its trek north.
