Crossing Rivers “Season of Lights & Walk of Stars”

Partners of Crossing Rivers Health is inviting the community to participate in the Season of Lights and Walk of Stars. The Tree Lighting program, honoring Eldon “Bud” Arms and Douglas Dickman, along with light and star nominees will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday December 4. The annual fund raising event encourages people to purchase lights and stars that will shine in honor or in memory of a loved one. Each light and star will be displayed outside Jerry’s Gift Shoppe and in the front windows of Crossing Rivers Health during the holidays.

The lights also signify a donation to Partners of Crossing Rivers Health, who uses the donations to help fund hospital equipment, projects, and programs to promote the health of our community.

Lights and stars may be purchased through December 24. They will be displayed through the end of the year. Lights cost $3 each. Stars are $15. One honoree is recognized per light or star.

Donations can be made online at crossingrivers.org/season.  Donations can also be made in person at Jerry’s Gift Shoppe in Crossing Rivers Health or by mail to Partners of Crossing Rivers Health, Volunteer Coordinator, 37868 US Hwy 18, Prairie du Chien, WI, 53821. Contributions to the Season of Lights fundraiser may be tax-deductible.
