Seneca Man Faces Several Charges After Crash

On Saturday, December 24th, 2022, at approximately 9:00 p.m., the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a one-vehicle traffic crash on County Road E, just outside of Lynxville. A passerby motorist discovered a 2016 GMC Sierra pickup truck with frontend damage and airbag deployment. The truck was unoccupied, and the driver, David Davidson, 44, of Seneca, Wisconsin, wasn’t located until the next morning. Davidson admitted to being the driver and crashing into the ditch while reading a text message. Davidson was cited for inattentive driving, fail to keep vehicle under control, fail to notify police of accident, possession of open intoxicants in vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
