Lancaster Man Sentenced in Child Pornography Case

A Lancaster man has pleaded no contest to Possession of Child Pornography. Bryce Bastian was sentenced to 3 years, 6 months in State Prison and 4 years, 6 months of Extended Supervision with the Department of Corrections. The case originated from an “Internet Crimes Against Children” tip that was forwarded to the city of Lancaster Police Department to investigate. The Department was granted a search warrant and obtained electronic devices from Bastian’s residence, which were sent to the Division of Criminal Investigation. Images and videos were found on the devices of children engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
