The Clayton County Sheriff’s Department has released details of an arrest of a Postville man on June 17th. The department received a 9-1-1 from a juvenile female stating something was wrong with her father. Deputies responded to an area of Highway 13 and 128, when they found 31 year old Jesus Cepeda unresponsive in the driver’s seat of a vehicle. When officers woke him, he became combative and uncooperative. Cepeda was arrested for OWI first offense, child endangerment, and interference with official acts. He was taken to the Clayton County Jail.
