In the evening hours of November 2nd, 2023, the Waukon Police Department executed at search warrant at 58 Jean Road in Waukon with the assistance of the Allamakee County Sheriff’s Office. As a result of the search warrant, 26-year-old Kylee Jo Monserud of Waukon, was charged with possession of a controlled substance- 2nd offense (serious misdemeanor) and possession of drug paraphernalia (simple misdemeanor). An arrest warrant was issued for Monserud.
Monserud was arrested by the Allamakee County Sheriff’s Office on November 3, 2023.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
