Two Clayton County Incidents Lead to Charges

On November 8th, 2023, at 11:30 AM Clayton County Deputies responded to 307 Clare Ln McGregor, IA for a reported altercation resulting in property damage. An investigation on scene determined a dispute between Elizabeth M. Wille, 34, and another adult female resulted in Ms. Wille hitting the side of a 2020 Ford Escape with an electronic 4-wheeler causing over $1,500 in damages. Ms. Wille was charged with Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree a Class D Felony and arrested on November 18′h after the issuance of an arrest warrant.

On November 13th, 2023, at approximately 6:41pm, the Clayton County Dispatch Center received a report of a possible intoxicated male who showed up at a residence on Farmersburg Road stating he put his vehicle in the ditch. The male in question then called the dispatch center a short time later identifying himself as Bradley Gregory, and stated he put his vehicle in the ditch on Farmersburg Road. Deputies arrived on scene a short time later and made contact with the driver, identified as Bradley Gregory. Deputies observed signs of impairment while speaking with Gregory which led to an OWI investigation. Bradley Gregory (44) of Farmersburg was placed under arrest as a result and transported to the Clayton County Jail where he was charged with OWI 1st offense and failure to maintain control.
