Trespassing Violation Leads to Multiple Arrests

On May 14, 2024 at approximately 1:20 P.M., a Grant County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 2000 Chevy S-10 for a trespassing violation that occurred in Marion Township.

The driver, Westlee Graser, 35 of Boscobel, was arrested for Operating without a license, second offense and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Graser was also cited for open intoxicants and no insurance.

The passenger in the vehicle attempted to hide his identity by wearing a mask; however, the deputy recognized him as Jessey Lisney, 35 of Blue River. Lisney was arrested for Possession of Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, two active warrants, Probation hold, two counts of felony bail jumping and six counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.

Graser and Lisney were transported to the Grant County Jail, where Graser posted bond and was released. Lisney remains in custody. Boscobel Police assisted at the scene.

This matter will be referred to the Grant County District Attorney’s Office.
