On Friday, May 31st, 2024, at approximately 2:04 p.m., Sheriff Dale McCullick reports that the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a dump truck rollover accident on CTH B near Johnstown Rd. in the Township of Utica.
Trevor Olson (49) of Viroqua, Wisconsin, was operating a loaded dump-truck eastbound on CTH B. Olson lost control, traveled off the roadway, and overturned. Olson was trapped in the truck and had to be extricated from the truck. Olson escaped with minor injuries; however, the truck was a total loss.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by Gays Mills Fire Department, Ocooch Mountain Rescue, Crawford County Highway Department, and La Farge Truck Center.
