Warrant Leads to Two Arrests Near Gays Mills

The Crawford County Sheriff’s Department conducted a search warrant early Thursday morning (February 23rd) at the residence of 68-year-old Kim Wardell and 57-year-old Darcy Foyt on Del La Mater Road near the Village of Gays Mills.  The search uncovered a substantial amount of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, firearm, currency, scale, and packaging materials.  Wardell was arrested and transported to the Crawford County Jail and was charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place, delivery of methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, felon in possession of a firearm, obstructing, bail-jumping, and conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine.
Also, 57-year-old John Haggerty of Gays Mills was arrested and transported to the Crawford County Jail. Haggerty was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, bail-jumping, and obstructing.
