One Person Hospitalized in Grant County Chain Reaction Accident

One person was taken to the hospital this morning in a three-vehicle accident in Grant County. The Grant County Sheriff’s office says all three vehicles were driving north on Hwy 133 in Blue River.  A car driven by 30 year old Cristian Valenzuela Arenas of Muscoda slowed down for a vehicle turning off of Hwy 133. Another vehicle being driven by 40 year old Natashia Kellogg of Boscobel slowed down for the Subaru in front of her, when a third vehicle being driven by 34 year old Elizabeth Cullen of Boscobel struck the rear of Kellogg’s car which struck the rear of Arenas’ vehicle. Cullen did not see the two vehicles in front of her due to the blinding sun. All three drivers were wearing seat belts, and Cullen was transported to Gunderson Boscobel for an ankle injury. Kellogg had a possible hand injury and Arenas was not injured. No charges will be filed in this matter. Blue River Fire and Boscobel EMS assisted the Sheriff’s Office at the scene.
