On December 10, 2023 the Waukon Police Department responded to a call at 611 Rossville Road, Apt 110 in Waukon, which also led to the execution of a search warrant. As a result of the contact and subsequent search warrant:
49-year-old Cari L Brink of Waukon was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (serious misdemeanor) and possession of drug paraphernalia (simple misdemeanor).
53-year-old Tod M Frieden of Waukon was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (serious misdemeanor) and possession of drug paraphernalia (simple misdemeanor).
44-year-old Thomas T Brown of Waukon was arrested and charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance (serious misdemeanor), possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver (class B felony), possession of marijuana with intent to deliver (class D felony), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of contraband (methamphetamine) in a correctional institute (class D felony).
The Waukon Police Department was assisted at the scene by the Allamakee County Sheriff’s Office.
Other charges are likely.
