Jacqueline J Nolan, 55 years of age, from Prairie Du Chien has been arrested by the Wisconsin
State Patrol Tomah Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense.
On Tuesday December 12th, 2023 a Wisconsin State Trooper conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle
that had previously been called in as a driving complaint. Upon making contact with the driver the
Trooper observed signs of impairment on the driver and conducted Standardized Field Sobriety
Tests, subsequently the driver was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 5th offence.
